If you authorized SalesFlow Bot through Meta or Instagram and want data associated with your use of the service deleted, you may submit a deletion request to Hallotechwelt.
Identify the Instagram or Meta account associated with your request and clearly state that you are requesting deletion of data processed by SalesFlow Bot. Do not send passwords, access tokens or authentication secrets.
After a valid request is received and the requester can be appropriately identified, associated data will be reviewed and deleted where required, subject to any applicable legal retention obligations.
You may also revoke the app's access through the relevant Meta or Instagram account settings. Revoking access prevents future access under that authorization but does not itself replace a deletion request for previously stored data.
