About SalesFlow
SalesFlow is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform developed and operated by Hallotechwelt. It is designed to help businesses manage customer interactions through their own Instagram Professional Accounts and turn permitted Instagram interactions into organized customer service, sales, order and booking workflows.
Businesses connect their own Instagram Professional Account to SalesFlow. SalesFlow does not ask businesses to provide their Instagram password. Account authorization is performed through the official authorization mechanisms provided by Meta/Instagram.
How It Works
- A business creates or uses its SalesFlow account.
- The business connects its own Instagram Professional Account using Meta/Instagram authorization.
- SalesFlow receives only Instagram data and events permitted by the business and permissions granted through Meta.
- Supported customer messages and comment interactions can be processed according to workflows configured for that business.
- SalesFlow can help organize customer inquiries, product-related conversations, orders and booking requests.
- The business manages the resulting workflow and customer request through its SalesFlow environment.
SalesFlow only performs Instagram actions permitted by the applicable Meta APIs, granted permissions and Meta platform policies.

How We Use Meta Platform Data
SalesFlow uses Platform Data obtained through Meta/Instagram only to provide functionality requested by the business that connected the relevant Instagram Professional Account. Depending on permissions granted and functionality used, this may include account information needed to identify the connected professional account, supported messages, comments and information necessary to associate customer interactions with the appropriate business workflow.
Platform Data is used to provide the connected business with customer interaction management and configured automation, and to organize relevant customer inquiries, orders or booking requests. SalesFlow does not use a business's Instagram connection to provide another business with access to that account's Platform Data.
Data Separation and Access
Each participating business connects its own Instagram Professional Account. SalesFlow is designed so that a business accesses information associated with its own connected account and its own workflows. Instagram Platform Data is not made publicly available through SalesFlow.
Access to Platform Data is limited to what is required to operate the service, provide requested functionality and meet applicable legal, security and platform requirements.
Instagram Permissions
SalesFlow requests Instagram permissions only where needed for features offered through the Instagram integration. The integration is designed around permissions for identifying the connected professional account and, where approved and granted, managing supported messages and comments.
A business must explicitly authorize the connection of its Instagram Professional Account. Available functionality may depend on Meta approval, permissions granted to SalesFlow, account eligibility and current Meta platform rules.
Security and Account Authorization
- Businesses authorize their Instagram connection through Meta/Instagram.
- SalesFlow does not require businesses to disclose their Instagram password to Hallotechwelt.
- Access is limited to permissions authorized through the applicable Meta integration.
- Hallotechwelt aims to use appropriate technical and organizational safeguards for data processed by the service.
- Production functionality is subject to applicable Meta permissions, API availability and platform policies.
Disconnecting SalesFlow and Data Deletion
Businesses can discontinue use of the Instagram integration. Requests concerning deletion of data associated with the service can be made using Hallotechwelt's Data Deletion instructions. Details about processing of personal data are provided in our Privacy Policy.
